The Founder's Story
I built BlueWolf so someone like me would answer the phone.
For twelve years, I've watched private security become a numbers game; call centers, subcontractors, contracts handed off three times before anyone shows up. That's not protection. That's paperwork.
I started BlueWolf in 2020 with a small team and a hard rule: every contract, every shift, every officer answers to one person—me. No middlemen. No call queues. No “we'll get back to you.”
Twelve years later, we still operate that way. When a property manager at Crystal Cove calls at 2 AM, I pick up. When a construction PM at Onni needs three additional officers tonight, I'm the one on the radio. That's not marketing — it's how this works.

Every contract, every escalation, every middle-of-the-night call — Naji is the line. Not a dispatcher, not a sales rep, not a voicemail.

No subcontractors.
Every officer on your site wears a BlueWolf uniform and reports to a BlueWolf supervisor. We never farm out work to firms we can't vouch for.

Show up before you are called.
Patrols log photos and check-ins from your site whether anything happened or not. Visibility isn't optional — it's the product.

Earn it every shift.
A 12-year contract is just 4,380 daily decisions to keep showing up the right way. We treat shift #4,380 like shift #1.

How we operate
An operating standard, not a service menu.
Every BlueWolf officer goes through the same intake and meets the same bar regardless of the contract size, the site, or the shift.
BSIS-licensed before the first shift.
Every officer carries an active California BSIS guard card. We verify, document, and re-verify annually.
40+ hours of internal training.
State minimum is 40. We require it plus site-specific orientation before an officer goes solo.
GPS check-ins every 30 minutes.
Mobile patrols log time-stamped, geo-located photos directly to client dashboards.
Dedicated supervisor on every contract.
